The CDK-Dual is a powerful and reliable tip dresser and a warrantor for highest milling quality. Our special solution for simultaneous dressing of two electrode tips, for example the upper and lower tip of one robot-guided welding gun or the tips of two different guns.

With its robust machine construction and powerful motor, it isconvincing not only by its design, but above all by its above-average dressing results and durability. The CDK-Dual can be used in any working position. It does not matter whether it is horizontal, vertical or even upright. The integrated spring assembly ensures simultaneous removal during electrode dressing. With the control box already integrated originally, the system is simple and PLUG&PLAY ready. The powerful chip vacuum system ensures safe chip removal. An integrated motor protection switch is provided for the prescribed safety.
