KE DH-SVR 2 X SET Tip dressing & changing in one step

The DH-SVR2 X is one of KYOKUTOH's most innovative products and another step towards the intelligent production cell. 

This unit combination combines a tip dresser and tip changer in one compact unit and offers excellent performance data for fast machining of electrode tips. With its flexible drive, it enables an intelligent and process-reliable solution in the automation technology. 

If desired, the unit can also be equipped with a servo motor and controlled directly via the robot controller. This enables an adaptive milling process to be carried out and various data, such as the motor current, speed and direction of rotation, to be recorded, adjusted and evaluated with suitable software.

The standard frequency converter allows us to individually adjust the various speeds during dressing and changing. Due to the processed materials, the combination has a very long service life and is ideally suited for any production  environment.
